Upon the Ex Parte Motion For Order Shortening Time Re Debtors’ Motion For Summary Judgment Or, In The Alternative, Summary Adjudication of Issues Re Cure Claims of Harding ESE filed by Washington Group International, Inc. and certain of its direct and indirect subsidaries and affiliates, reorganized debtors in the above-captioned bankruptcy cases (collectively, the “Debtors”), and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Debtors’ request for shortened time for a hearing on the Debtors’ Motion For Summary Judgment Or, In The Alternative, Summary Adjudication of Issues Re Cure Claims of Harding ESE (“Motion for Summary Judgment”) is hereby granted.

A hearing will be held before a United States Bankruptcy Judge on June 27, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. The deadlines for serving and filing any opposition to the motion, or any reply to such opposition, shall remain unchanged and shall be set forth in Local Rule 7056.
