STIPULATED ORDER TO CONTINUE THE HEARING ON PLAN COMMITTEE’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF AXA GLOBAL RISKS U.S. INSURANCE COMPANY, ET AL. (CLAIM NO. 2718)

The Plan Committee (the “Committee”) in these Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases of Washington Group International, et al. (the “Debtors”), and AXA Global Risks U.S. Insurance Company, et al. (“AXA Global”), by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate as follows:
WHEREAS, on August 22, 2001, AXA Global filed a proof of claim in the amount of $1,289,901.00;
WHEREAS, on March 27, 2003, the Committee filed an objection (the “Objection”) to the Claim of AXA Global;
WHEREAS, the Objection was previously set for hearing on June 12, 2003, and the parties agreed by prior stipulated order to continue to July 17, 2003;
WHEREAS, the AXA Global timely filed its response to the Objection on June 5, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the parties to the Objection are very near to settling the matter and are currently waiting for AXA Global’s representative to respond to a settlement offer, the Committee has agreed to continue the hearing date from July 17, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. to September 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, AXA Global and the Committee agree and stipulate that the hearing date on the Objection is continued from July 17, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. to September 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.
SO ORDERED.
