ORDER APPROVING THE SECOND INTERIM FEE APPLICATION OF VORYS, SATER, SEYMOUR AND PEASE LLP, LOCAL CO-COUNSEL FOR THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS OF US AIRWAYS, INC., ET AL., FOR INTERIM COMPENSATION AND FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES FOR SERVICES RENDERED DURING THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2005 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2005

Upon the application of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP (“Vorys”), local co-counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of US Airways, Inc., et al., for approval and allowance of interim compensation for services rendered and expenses incurred for the period January 1, 2005 through April 30, 2005 (the “Second Interim Fee Application”), and it appearing that proper and adequate notice of the Second Interim Fee Application has been given and that no other or further notice is necessary; it is hereby:

ORDERED, that the Second Interim Fee Application meets the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code and the compensation and reimbursement of expenses sought in the Second Interim Fee Application are both fair and reasonable; and it is further

ORDERED, that the Second Interim Fee Application is hereby approved in its entirety, and compensation for the Second Compensation Period in the total amount of $116,065.50 is

hereby approved, and the Debtors are hereby authorized and directed to pay Vorys the unpaid portion of such compensation, including the $17,409.81 representing the 15% Holdback through April 30, 2005; and it is further

ORDERED, that the reimbursement of expenses for the Second Compensation Period in the total amount of $2,123.81 is hereby approved, and the Debtors are hereby authorized and directed to pay Vorys any unpaid portion of such reimbursements; and it is further

ORDERED, that the amounts awarded pursuant to the Second Interim Fee Application are subject to final review by this Court.
