This matter came before the undersigned United States Bankruptcy Judge on the application of Leonard, Street and Deinard Professional Association (“LSD”) for allowance of fees and expenses from January 6, 2005 through March 31, 2005. Appearances are noted on the record.

Based on the submissions of the applicant, the documents of record herein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, and the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law, if any, having been stated on the record at the close of argument

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. Leonard, Street and Deinard’s fees incurred in the amount of $177,056.50 together with expenses in the amount of $17,421.08 for a total of $194,477.58 are hereby allowed;

2. The debtors are hereby authorized and directed to pay to Leonard, Street and Deinard all allowed fees and expenses which remain unpaid as of the date of this Order.
