On April 17, 2003, the Debtors voluntarily dismissed the Chapter 13 bankruptcy to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
ROBERT J. STEFFY, the duly appointed and acting Chapter 13 Case Trustee of the Estate of the above-named Debtors, having filed his Trustee’s Final Account In Estate Not Paid In Full (the “Final Account”) showing that he has administered all receipts and disbursements of the Estate of the above-named Debtors. and that there are no remaining funds in the Estate and that as Trustee, he has performed all other duties required of him in the administration of this Estate, and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Final Account in Estate Not Paid In Full is hereby approved and that the Trustee’s bond is cancelled.
