STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING DATE TO FILE OBJECTIONS TO DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
PAUL MANNES, Bankruptcy Judge

The U.S. Trustee and Epic Design and Construction Co., Inc. (“Debtor”), by its counsel, stipulate as follows:

1. The Debtor’s Disclosure Statement and a copy of its proposed Plan of Reorganization was filed on May 17, 2007.

2. A copy of the Disclosure Statement and Plan along with the Order and Notice for Hearing on Disclosure Statement (“Notice”) was sent to creditors in this estate on May 25, 2007. Inadvertently, the Exhibits A and B referred to in the Disclosure Statement were not attached and were not sent to creditors.

3. The U.S. Trustee filed objections to the Disclosure Statement which among other things pointed out that the Exhibits were not filed with the Court and most likely not sent to creditors. This observation was correct.

4. The hearing on the Disclosure Statement is scheduled for July 24, 2007. Debtor’s counsel is prepared to send the Exhibits to the creditors upon approval of this Stipulation. The U.S. Trustee and the Debtor agree that the time for filing written objections to the Disclosure Statement be extended to July 16, 2007.
