THIS MATTER COMING TO BE HEARD upon the Motion to Consolidate All Pending Claim Objections Against JFE Steel Corp. Related Entities With Adversary Proceeding 04 A 01082 (the “Motion”); due and proper notice of the Motion having been given; the Court having heard the arguments of counsel and having reviewed the pleadings filed in support of and against the Motion; and the Court having jurisdiction over this core proceeding and being fully advised in the premises;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Motion is granted to the extent provided herein.

2. All of the pending objections to the claims of JFE Steel Corporation and related entities (collectively, the “JFE Entities”), including but not limited to the objections to claim number 3838, 3839, 3840, 3841, 3842, 4100, 4101, 4186, 4188, 4193, 4332, 5322, 5323 and 5481 (except for the pending objections to the Coal Act-related claims filed by or on behalf of certain JFE Entities, specifically claim numbers 5475, 5476, 5477, 5478, 5479 and 5480), as set forth in the Eighth, Nineteenth, Twenty-First and Twenty-Seventh Omnibus Objections to Claims and the Debtors’ Objections to Administrative Proofs of Claim Filed By NUF LLC,

NKK America Inc., NKK Capital of America, Inc., Galvatek America Corporation, Galvatek Ontario Corporation, NAF Corporation, JFE Steel Corporation and Their Respective Affiliates, Successors, Predecessors and Assigns, shall be consolidated for trial with Adversary No. 04 A 01082 (the “Adversary Proceeding”). The Court shall first try the issues raised in the Adversary Proceeding and, upon conclusion of the trial of the Adversary Proceeding, try any issues remaining with respect to any of the Claims Objections.

3. The discovery and trial schedule set forth in the Court’s February 8, 2005 Final Pre-Trial Order entered in the Adversary Proceeding, including the dates set for the filing of witness and exhibit lists and the procedures for the use of depositions, shall apply to the litigation of the Claims Objections. In addition to the trial dates set forth in the Court’s February 8, 2005 Final Pre-Trial Order, the Court has scheduled the additional trial days of April 12, 13, 17 and 18, 2006 commencing at 1:00 p.m. each day.
