AMENDED DECISION AND ORDER

On June 29, 2006, Brian Nehrig filed a motion for relief from stay in this chapter 11 case on behalf of CitiFinancial Mortgage Company. That motion is currently scheduled for a pre-trial conference on July 24, 2006. The court notes, however, that by an order issued April 26, 2005, in case no. 04-14380, In the Matterof Vernita Treadwell, Mr. Nehrig is required to have local counsel in his cases. Furthermore, local counsel is to file an appearance within fifteen (15) days after Mr. Nehrig appears. In preparing for the upcoming pre-trial conference the court has discovered that local counsel has not yet filed an appearance in this case and the time for doing so has expired. CitiFinancial Mortgage Company’s motion for relief from stay is therefore DENIED, without prejudice to re-submission, and the pre-trial conference currently scheduled for July 24, 2006, is removed from the court’s calendar.
