Debtor’s motion to avoid the liens of American General Finance, Robert Ellison, DDS, Northeast Medical Associates and American Health Fitness Center filed on September 8, 2005 is DENIED, without prejudice. The motion fails to sufficiently identify or describe the property debtor seeks to free from the creditor’s liens. As such, it fails to comply with the requirements of Bankruptcy Rule 9013 which requires the motion to “state with particularity” both the grounds for the motion and the order or relief sought.
