This Court is advised that the Debtor has failed to file documents required under L.B.R. 1002-1(b) and 9013-5. After further review it has been determined that the missing documents:Bankruptcy Petition Cover Sheet and Statement of CorporateOwnership LBR 9013-5, have not been timely filed, nor has a timely request for an extension of time been filed.[1] Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that under L.B.R. 1007-1(a), this case isDISMISSED.

[1] A notice of deficiency regarding these missing documents was filed on April 12, 2010, and required that these documents be filed no later than 7 days after the date of the notice — i.e., no later than April 19, 2010 (See Docket # 3). This notice was served electronically by the Court’s ECF system on Debtor’s attorney Scott F. Smith, by e-mail notification on April 12, 2010.
