IN MATTER OF BUSSERT (Bankr.N.D.Ind. 2005)

IN THE MATTER OF: DANIEL E. BUSSERT LAUREN L. BUSSERT, Debtors.

Case No. 05-13762.United States Bankruptcy Court, N.D. Indiana, Fort Wayne Division.
December 1, 2005

DECISION AND ORDER
ROBERT GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge

This matter is before the court on debtors’ motions, filed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1), to avoid judicial liens which allegedly impair an exemption in real estate. The liens in question are held by Credit Bureau and Paraservices. The motions begin by alleging that the debtors want to avoid those creditors’ liens, but then, midway through the substantive allegations, change direction and begin making allegations concerning a Lauren Uccello, and they conclude with a prayer asking to avoid her lien. Obviously, something went awry in the completion of counsel’s forms. Consequently, the court is left with little alternative other than to deny the motions. The motions to avoid the liens of Credit Bureau and Paraservices are therefore denied, without prejudice to resubmission.

SO ORDERED.
