ORDER GRANTING OBJECTIONS TO CERTAIN CLAIMS IDENTIFIED IN THE PLAN ADMINISTRATOR’S OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO TAX CLAIMS

This cause having come before the Court on the Plan Administrator’s Omnibus Objection To Tax Claims (the “Omnibus Objection”) to the claims of taxing authorities identified below, as set forth in the Plan Administrator’s Objection, due and adequate notice of the Omnibus Objection and the hearing thereon having been given to those parties entitled thereto, the Court having considered the Omnibus Objection, and the statements of counsel for the Plan Administrator and other parties-in-interest, the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:
1. The following claims identified in the Omnibus Objection are disallowed:
2. Claim No. 1837 from the State of Indiana (amending Claim No. 315) is granted as an unsecured pre-petition non-priority claim; and
3. The following claims identified in the Omnibus Objection are allowed, the Plan Administrator having withdrawn his Objection as to such claims:
4. This Order is made pursuant to the Court’s rulings from the bench on April 21, 2003 and May 19, 2003; and
5. This is a final Order under 28 U.S.C. § 157 and 158.

No later than five (5) business days after the date of this Order, counsel for the Plan Administrator is directed to serve a copy of the order to all parties listed below and is directed to file a certificate of service no later than two (2) business days after service.
