ORDER GRANTING DEBTORS’ EMERGENCY MOTION FOR ENTRY OF PROTECTIVE ORDER TO PRECLUDE THE DEPOSITION AND PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS SOUGHT BY GENERAL FOODS CORPORATION AND ITS AFFILIATES

Upon the Motion[1] of the above-captioned Debtors, seeking entry of an order granting Debtors’ Emergency Motion for Entry of Protective Order and/or Stay to Preclude the Deposition and Production of Documents Sought by General Foods Credit Corporation and Its Affiliates, it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
1. The Motion is granted
2. The Debtors have shown good cause why the deposition and production of documents noticed by General Foods for February 4, 2003 should not proceed as noticed.
3. General Foods’ Notice is quashed.
