IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that effective October 17, 2005, in accordance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C § 158(d), the Bankruptcy Judges of the Middle District of Pennsylvania shall refer to the United States Attorney for this district and to the appropriate field office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation any case in which the Court determines that there has been a prima facie showing that a materially fraudulent statement has been made in a bankruptcy schedule.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the matter shall be referred promptly to the United States Attorney and the Federal Bureau of Investigation by submitting a referral that conforms substantially to the Notification Statement attached hereto. A copy of the Notification Statement shall be submitted forthwith to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
