CONSENT ORDER AND JUDGMENT OF NONDISCHARGEABILITY
DUNCAN KEIR, Bankruptcy Judge

Upon consideration of the pleadings and the “Stipulation of Nondischargeability and Payment Plan” (“Stipulation”) filed by the parties thereto, a review of the record herein and it appearing to the court that good cause exists for granting the relief requested, it is hereby ORDERED:

1. That the Stipulation be and it hereby is approved.

2. That the defendant, Sandra M. Ellis, is dismissed as a defendant and the entire debt owed by Sandra M. Ellis to Plaintiff is deemed discharged.

3. That final judgment in the amount of $63,000.00 be and it hereby is entered against defendant, Stephen R. Ellis, and in favor of plaintiff, Gregory Talcott.

4. That the aforesaid final judgment in the amount of $63,000.00 be and it hereby is deemed to be nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 523(a)(2) and/or Section 523(a)(6) and the balance of the debt owed by Stephen R. Ellis to plaintiff, Gregory Talcott, is deemed discharged.
