IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, for cases filed on or after October 17, 2005, that in lieu of filing copies with the court, all payment vouchers being filed or other evidence of wages received within 60 days before the date of filing of the petition,
(1) be provided directly to the Chapter 7 trustee no later than 10 days after the entry of the Order directing the Debtor to Submit Documents,
(2) be provided to the Chapter 13 trustee no later than 10 days before the initial date set for the meeting of creditors,
(3) be provided to any creditor who requests copies no later than 10 days prior to the initial date set for the meeting of creditors.
