ORDER TO ENFORCE SANCTIONS AND ENJOIN ATTORNEY MICHELLE BARNER, aka Michelle McKee FROM BANKRUPTCY PRACTICE

On January 6, 2004, the Court entered an order and imposed sanctions against Debtor, Michelle Barner, aka Michelle McKee in the amount of $1,000.00 to be paid within ten (10) days from entry of the order to the United States Trustee, Region 5.
On February 9, 2004, Debtor, Michelle Barner, aka Michelle McKee filed a Notice of Appeal to the United States District Court. The appeal was dismissed by order of District Judge Lance M. Africk on March 11, 2004, and on July 7, 2004, Judge Africk denied debtor’s motion to reinstate the appeal.
Accordingly;
IT IS ORDERED that Debtor, Michelle Barner, aka Michelle McKee is PROHIBITED from filing, and the Clerk of Court for the

United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana SHALL NOT ACCEPT FOR FILING any further bankruptcy petitions, pleadings, or other papers until such time as the sanctions imposed against Debtor in the amount of $1,000.00 is paid in full to the United States Trustee, Region 5.
