ORDER
On November 24, 2004, the Court granted the Motion to Compel Discovery, filed by Theo D. Mann (hereinafter the “Plaintiff”) in the above-captioned adversary proceeding. The Court ordered defendant Huja Bradshaw to respond fully to certain discovery requests by the close of business on Friday, December 10, 2004. The Court also granted the Plaintiff’s request for attorney’s fees, made pursuant to Rule 37(a)(4) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 7037 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and directed the Plaintiff’s counsel to submit an affidavit detailing the amount and nature of the fees and expenses incurred in filing the motion to compel.

The Plaintiff filed and served the affidavit on December 21, 2004. Ten days have passed since the service of the affidavit, and the Defendant has not responded or objected to the affidavit. Accordingly, the Court will enter a judgment against the Defendant awarding the requested amount of $652.50 to the Plaintiff.
