This cause having come before the Court on the Plan Administrator’s Objections to Select Claims Identified in the Plan Administrator’s Omnibus Objection to Claims For Amounts Not Due Per the Debtors’ Records (the “Omnibus Objection”), listed on the table in paragraph 1 below (collectively the “Objections”), the Court having considered the requested relief and the statements of counsel and all other parties-in-interest, the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT: 1. The Objections, as identified in the Plan Administrator’s Omnibus Objection are granted; and shall be disallowed in accordance with the table below:

No later than five (5) business days after the date of this order, counsel for the Plan Administrator is directed to serve a copy of the order to the attached Distribution List for Order Granting Objections to Select Claims Identified in the Plan Administrator’s Omnibus Objection to Claims for Amounts Not Due Per Debtors’ Records. Plaintiff is directed to file a certificate of service no later than two business days after service.
