ORDER GRANTING OBJECTIONS TO CERTAIN CLAIMS IDENTIFIED IN THE PLAN ADMINISTRATOR’S OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO CERTAIN UNLIQUIDATED AND/OR CONTINGENT CLAIMS

This cause having come before the Court on the Plan Administrator’s Objection to Camila Castellanos’s Claim Number 1261, Taos Turner’s Claim Number 1265, Richard A. Kessler’s Claim Number 1266, Charles Newbery’s Claim Number 1267, Edward Francis Walz’s Claim Number 1268, Veronica Carolina Graziano’s Claim Number 1269, and Pillar, Inc.’s Claim Number 1480, as set forth in the Plan Administrator’s Omnibus Objection To Certain Unliquidated and/or Contingent Claims (the “Objection”), due and adequate notice of the Objection and the hearing thereon having been given to those parties entitled thereto, the Court having considered the requested relief and the statements of counsel and all other parties-in-interest, the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT: 1. The Objections to Camila Castellanos’s, Taos Turner’s, Richard A. Kessler’s, Charles Newbery’s, Edward Francis Walz’s, Veronica Carolina Graziano’s, and Pillar, Inc.’s claims, as identified in the Plan Administrator’s Omnibus Objection to Certain Unliquidated

and/or Contingent Claims, and as set forth in the table provided in paragraph 2 of this Order, are hereby granted;

2. Camila Castellanos’s, Taos Turner’s, Richard A. Kessler’s, Charles Newbery’s, Edward Francis Walz’s, Veronica Carolina Graziano’s, and Pillar, Inc.’s claims, as identified in the Plan Administrator’s Omnibus Objection To Certain Unliquidated and/or Contingent Claims, and as set forth below in the table below, are hereby disallowed;
