ORDER GRANTING OBJECTIONS TO CERTAIN CLAIMS IDENTIFIED IN THE PLAN ADMINISTRATOR’S SECOND OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO DUPLICATIVE CLAIMS AND CLAIMS LACKING SUPPORT

This cause having come before the Court on the Plan Administrator’s Objection to The Travelers Indemnity Co. Affiliates’ Claims Number 946, 947, 948, 949, 950, 951, 952, 953, 954, 955, 956, 957, 958, 959, 960 and 966, and Kenneth B. Marlin’s Claim Number 728 to the extent it seeks recovery in excess of the scheduled amount, as set forth in the Plan Administrator’s Second Omnibus Objection to Duplicative Claims and Claims Lacking Support (the “Objection”), due and adequate notice of the Objection and the hearing thereon having been given to those parties entitled thereto, the Court having considered the requested relief and the statements of counsel and all other parties-in-interest, the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:

1. The Objection to The Travelers Indemnity Co. Affiliates’ Claim Numbers 946, 947, 948, 949, 950, 951, 952, 953, 954, 955, 956, 957, 958, 959, 960 and 966, as identified in the

Plan Administrator’s Second Omnibus Objection to Duplicative Claims and Claims Lacking Support is granted;

2. The Objection to Kenneth B. Marlin’s Claim Number 728, to the extent it seeks to recover an amount exceeding the scheduled amount, as set forth in the Plan Administrator’s Second Omnibus Objection to Duplicative Claims and Claims Lacking Support, is granted;

3. The Travelers Indemnity Co. Affiliates’ claims, as identified in the Plan Administrator’s Second Omnibus Objection to Duplicative Claims and Claims Lacking Support, and as set forth below, shall be disallowed:
