Tannery’s Claim Number 567 For An Amount Not Due Per Debtors’ Records (the “Objection”), due and adequate notice of the Objection and the hearing thereon having been given to those parties entitled thereto, the Court having considered the requested relief and the statements of counsel and all other parties-in-interest, and the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:
1. The Objection is granted; and
2. All claims identified in the Plan Administrator’s Objection to Susan E. Tannery’s Claim Number 567 For An Amount Not Due Per Debtors’ Records are hereby disallowed.
