Andrew Cox (the “Objection”), due and adequate notice of the Objection and the hearing thereon having been given to those parties entitled thereto, the Court having considered the requested relief and the statements of counsel and all other parties-in-interest, and the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:
1. The Objection is granted; and
2. Claim Number 15, filed by T. Andrew Cox in the amount of $217,400.00, is hereby disallowed in its entirety.
3. This Order is a final order under 28 U.S.C. § 157 and 158.
