This matter coming before the Court on the Motion (the “Motion”) of Scott P. Peltz, solely in his capacity as Chapter 11 Plan Administrator for BIS Administration, Inc., f/k/a Bridge Information Systems, Inc., and certain of its subsidiaries (the “Plan Administrator”), for an Expedited Hearing on the Plan Administrator’s Consent Motion for Entry of an Order Approving Settlement and Compromise of Claims of Cantor Fitzgerald, and no notice being required, but notice having been given in any case to the Bridge Plan Committee, the U.S. Trustee and others identified on the master service list, the parties having been heard, the Court being fully advised in the premises, and sufficient cause appearing therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED.
