DECISION AND ORDER

On June 29, 2006, Brian Nehrig filed a motion for relief from stay in this case on behalf of CitiFinancial Mortgage Company. The court notes, however, that by an order issued April 26, 2005, in case number 04-14380, In the Matter of Treadwell, Mr. Nehrig is required to have local counsel in his cases. Furthermore, local counsel is to file their appearance within fifteen (15) days after Mr. Nehrig appears. Local counsel has not yet filed an appearance in this case and the time for doing so has expired. CitiFinancial Mortgage Company’s motion for relief from stay is therefore DENIED, without prejudice to re-submission.
