DECISION AND ORDER

There having been no objection following appropriate notice, DaimlerChrysler Services North America, LLC’s motion for relief from stay and abandonment is GRANTED in part and denied in part.
DaimlerChrysler Services North America, LLC is relieved of the automatic stay so that it may foreclose upon or otherwise proceed against a 2005 Dodge Caravan, VIN 2D4GP44L55R364632 securing payment of debtors’ obligation to it. The request to abandon that property is denied due to the failure to serve all creditors and parties in interest with notice of the opportunity to object thereto. See, Fed.R.Bankr.P. Rule 6007.
