DECISION AND ORDER

The motion to withdraw appearance of counsel, filed by Timothy Brennan, counsel for the debtors herein, is DENIED, for the reason that it does not comply with the requirements of N.D. Ind. L.B.R. Rule B-9010-2(e). The court would also note that a client’s failure to pay attorney fees does not, without more, constitute cause for withdrawal. In re Edsall, 89 B.R. 772
(Bankr. N.D. Ind. 1988).
