SCHEDULING ORDER IN CONNECTION WITH COMPLETION AND DISPOSITION OF DEBTOR’S COMPETENCY HEARING

The Court having determined that developments in the bankruptcy case make appropriate reinstatement of a scheduling order in the Competency Hearing (docket entry #1756) in order to promptly dispose of that issue; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
(A) Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law:
on or before May 22, 2008, the parties shall file and serve proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law (and also submit two copies directly to Chambers);
(B) Closing Arguments — Final arguments will be held on June 18, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.; each party will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes;
(C) Decision By the Court — Pursuant to the Order of the Court of Appeals dated October 19, 2007, and within fifteen days of the conclusion of the closing arguments, this Court will file (and provide to that Court), this Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law concerning the Debtor’s mental competency to act on his own behalf.
Copies of this order are being served by the Court on the Debtor and Debtor’s counsel, counsel for the Trustee, counsel for the GAL and others, (whose names and addresses are listed below), and, all parties in interest as set forth on the matrix:
