ORDER DETERMINING REASONABLENESS OF FEE APPLICATION OF COOK, GOETZ ROGERS, P.C.

This matter being before the Court to Determine the Reasonableness of Cook, Goetz Rogers, P.C.’s (“Cook Goetz”) Fee Petition Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 329; Applicant’s application for compensation of $71,650.80 in attorney fees related to litigation for Debtor, Debtor having paid $27,135.80, Debtor still owing $43,193.00, the application having been opposed by the Debtor, and the subject of a hearing and subsequent supplemental filings; the Court having reviewed same including said supplemental filings; in light of the objections of the Debtor, the Court coming to the following conclusions, the Court previously finding that it may determine reasonableness,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the fee application is found to be reasonable in the amount of $43,193.00; and,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Applicant is limited to seeking and obtaining payment of said amount from sources other than property of the bankruptcy estate.
