The Court having entered an order on April 8, 2008, granting the Motion to Dismiss of Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC, by reason of the fact that Debtor failed to timely answer said motion; the Debtor having filed a Motion to Vacate and Set Aside a Void Judgment, which by its terms relates to said dismissal; the Court concluding that it will treat the said Debtor’s Motion as a motion for a rehearing in respect to said dismissal;
Now Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a hearing thereon shall be held on May 15, 2008, at 9:30 a.m.
