Movant, Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance, having commenced a Motion seeking the termination of the automatic stay with regard to a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker, VIN #2CNBE13C136925903 appearing that Movant is entitled to the relief requested in the Motion BY DEFAULT, it is hereby
ORDERED that said Motion be and it is hereby GRANTED, in that Movant is hereby authorized to foreclose its interest on said vehicle, pursuant to the terms and provisions of its security agreement and the laws of Missouri pertaining thereto, and for such purposes the stays of 11 U.S.C. Section 362 are hereby terminated and the estate interest is abandoned. All further relief prayed for by Movant is hereby denied.
