ORDER VACATING ORDER GRANTING DISCHARGE

On July 22, 2009, an Order granting the Debtor a discharge was entered in this case (Docket # 61). After further review it appears that the debtor Arcie Lee Scott received a chapter 7 discharge in a prior case filed in 2000 and might not be entitled to receive a chapter 7 discharge in this case. The Court is today entering, by separate order, a show cause order scheduling a hearing to determine if the Debtor is precluded by 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(8) from receiving a discharge in this case. So the entry of the discharge was premature, and may have been erroneous, and therefore should be vacated. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the Order granting Debtor a discharge entered on July 22, 2009 (Docket # 61) is vacated.
