This matter came before the Court on an Application for Authority toRetain Legal Analysis Systems, Inc. as Asbestos-Related Bodily InjuryConsultant on a Nunc Pro Tunc Basis filed on August 16, 2002, by the Asbestos Claimants’ Committee. After notice, a hearing was held on September 23, 2002. Appearing were Richard Carmody for the debtor; David Anderson for the Asbestos Claimants’ Committee; Charles Fry, Jr. for National Union Fire Insurance Company; and Thomas Corbett for the Bankruptcy Administrator.

Based on an agreement of the parties, Mr. Carmody was to submit a stipulation agreement to the Court. That stipulation was filed on October 21, 2002.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Application forAuthority to Retain Legal Analysis Systems, Inc. as Asbestos-RelatedBodily Injury Consultant on a Nunc Pro Tunc Basis is GRANTED in accordance with the stipulation filed on October 21, 2002.
