Notice is hereby given that the plaintiff in the above styled cause filed a Notice of Removal with this Court on December 8, 2005. Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9027(c), removal is effective upon the filing of the copy of the notice of removal with the clerk of the court from which the claim or cause of action is removed.
It is hereby ORDERED that the party filing the notice of removal shall forthwith forward certified copies of all records and proceedings relating to the claim or cause of action effected by said removal. Any responsive pleading to said removal must be filed within 15 days of the date of this notice and order and will be considered on the below stated date.
Notice is further given that a hearing requiring parties to appear and show cause why the above styled matter should not be remanded will be held on January 4, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., Federal Building, Bankruptcy Courtroom, 400 Well Street, CainStreet Entrance, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Decatur, Alabama.
