DECISION AND ORDER

By the court’s order of August 2, 2006, the debtor was directed to demonstrate her eligibility for relief under Title 11 or show cause why the case should not be dismissed. In response to that order, debtor filed a notice of noncompliance on August 14, 2006, which did not show any cause why her case should not be dismissed.
Based upon the evidence before the Court, the Debtor has not fulfilled the requirements of 11 U.S.C. § 109(h) and is not eligible for relief under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Therefore, this case is dismissed without prejudice.
IF IS FURTHER ORDERED that the trustee shall file a final report and account within thirty (30) days. Upon receipt of the final report and account, this case will be closed.
