In that Bankruptcy Rule 7001 requires an adversary proceeding in order to obtain injunctive, equitable, or declaratory relief, debtor’s request, filed on August 2, 2005, to enforce the automatic stay in the Allen County Circuit and Superior Court is DENIED. See e.g., In re Rimsat, 208 B.R. 910 (Bankr. N.D. Ind. 1997) (contempt is not a remedy for automatic stay violations and such relief must be sought through an adversary proceeding)
