At St. Louis, in this District, this matter having come before the Court on the Debtors’ Objection to Claims No. 7 (TaxClaims) (the “Objection”) filed by Bryan Cave LLP (“Bryan Cave”), due and adequate notice of the Objection and the hearing thereon having been given, the Court having considered the requested relief and the statements of counsel and all other parties-in-interest, and the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:
1. The claims of County of Denton (Claim Nos. 433, 435) are allowed as priority claims in the aggregate amount of $17,785.19.
2. The claims of County of Taylor, City of Abilene, Wylie ISD (Claim Nos. 432, 434) are allowed in the aggregate amount of $193,350.01.
3. The claims of the Department of Treasury (Claim Nos. 1399 — 1419) were superceded as amended by claim numbers 3534 — 3535, 3537 — 3541, 3543 — 3546, 3548 — 3550, 3552, 3554, 3556 — 3557, and 3559 — 3561. The Department of Treasury is allowed a priority claim in the amount of $12,658.76 and a general unsecured claim in the aggregate amount of $7,956.39 in satisfaction of the claims referenced in this Order.

4. The claim of the Ohio Dept. of Taxation (Claim No. 2296) is allowed as a priority claim in the amount of $28,000.00.
5. The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (Claim Nos. 1390 — 1393) are allowed as a priority claim in the amount of $24,217.47, a secured claim in the amount of $35,186.28 and a general unsecured claim in the amount of $9,688.84.
6. No later than five (5) business days after the date of this order, the Debtors are directed to serve a copy of this order on all parties listed below and is directed to file a certificate of service no later than two (2) business days after service.
