FINAL ORDER SUSTAINING DEBTORS’ OBJECTION TO CLAIMS NO. 3 (BOOK AND RECORD DISCREPANCIES)

At St. Louis, in this District, this matter having come before the Court on the Debtors’ Objection to Claims No. 3(Book and Record Discrepancies) (the “Objection”) filed by Bryan Cave LLP (“Bryan Cave”), due and adequate notice of the Objection and the hearing thereon having been given, the Court having considered the requested relief and the statements of counsel and all other parties-in-interest, there being no objections to the relief requested in the Objection and the Court being fully advised in the premises and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:

1. The objection to the Claim of Citicorp Vendor Finance Inc., Claim No. 142, shall be resolved in connection with an order approving the Motion of the Debtors for Authorization to Reject Certain Office Equipment Leases to be submitted by the parties.

2. The Debtors’ objection to the claim of Contract Freighters, Inc. (Claim No. 764) is withdrawn, and Contract Freighters, Inc. is granted an allowed general unsecured claim in the amount of $34,574.66.

3. The Debtors’ objection to the claim of Luminent Worldwide Corp. (Claim No. 2341) is withdrawn, and Luminent Worldwide Corp. is granted an allowed general unsecured claim in the amount of $200,000.00.

4. The Debtors’ objection to the claim of OSI Security (Claim No. 655) is withdrawn, and OSI Security is granted an allowed general unsecured claim in the amount of $18,591.95.

5. The Debtors’ objection to the claim of R M Transportation, Inc. (Claim No. 2368) is withdrawn, and R M Transportation, Inc. is granted an allowed general unsecured claim in the amount of $25,709.13.

6. The Debtors’ objection to the claim of Winsted Precesion Ball Comapny (Claim No. 23) is withdrawn, and Winsted Precesion Ball Company is granted an allowed general unsecured claim in the amount of $13,597.88.

7. No later than five business days after the date of this order, the Debtors are directed to serve a copy of this order on all parties listed below and is directed to file a certificate of service no later than two business days after service.
