DECISION AND ORDER

The court will take no action with regard to the debtors’ objection to claim # 6 of the Internal Revenue Service, filed on August 2, 2005, until a copy of the objection and notice are served upon all the parties entitled to receive them, and due proof thereof is filed with the court. The failure to do so within 21 days of this date will result in the objection being overruled, without prejudice, without further notice. Pursuant to the local rules of this court, objections to claims of the United States of America, or any agency, instrumentality, or department thereof must also be served upon the United States Attorney.See, N.D. Ind. L.B.R. B-3007-1(b).
