ORDER TERMINATING AUTOMATIC STAY AS TO INSURANCE LITIGATION

This matter came before the undersigned United States Bankruptcy Judge on the expedited motion of the Debtor for relief from the automatic stay to allow certain litigation between the Debtor and various insurance companies to proceed. Appearances are as noted on the record.
Based on the arguments of counsel and the documents of record herein, the Court being fully advised in the premises, and the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law, if any, having been stated on the record at the close of argument,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Debtor’s motion for expedited relief is granted.
2. To the extent the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) prevents the Insurance Litigation as defined in the Motion from going forward, the automatic stay is hereby terminated as to the Insurance Litigation.
