This matter came before the undersigned United States Bankruptcy Judge on the Application of Thibodeau, Johnson
Feriancek, PLLP (“Thibodeau”) for allowance of fees and expenses from January 6, 2005 through April 30, 2005. Appearances, if any, are noted on the record.
Based on the submissions of the Applicant, the documents of record herein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, and the Court’s findings of facts and conclusions of law, if any, having been stated on the record at the close of argument,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Thibodeau’s fees in the amount of $53,039.70 and expenses in the amount of $978.69 are hereby allowed, for a total of $54,018.39; and
2. Debtor is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Thibodeau all allowed fees and expenses which remain unpaid as of the date of this Order.
