ORDER

On June 7, 2005, the Application for First Interim Application for Allowance of Fees and Expenses for Counsel to Legal Representative — January 6, 2005 through March 31, 2005 (Stutman, Treister Glatt Professional Corporation) (“STG”) and the United States Trustee’s objection was scheduled for hearing before the undersigned. The United States Trustee has completed its requested review of STG’s backup support for its airfare and hotel expenses, and the parties have resolved the dispute as set forth below. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. STG is awarded and allowed compensation in the amount of $368,063.25, which represents a $10,031.25 reduction in requested fees arising from STG’s agreement with the U.S. Trustee to bill its non-working travel time at 50% of its normal hourly rates.
2. STG is awarded and allowed reimbursement of its expenses in the amount of $27,582.03, which represents a $1,234.40 reduction arising from STG’s agreement to bill its airfare costs only at the coach rate, even in the case of first class travel.
3. The debtor is authorized to pay the unpaid balance of the amounts allowed under 11 U.S.C. § 507(a) by this Order.
