ORDER AUTHORIZING THE ASBESTOS CLAIMANTS COMMITTEE TO EMPLOY COUNSEL (RAVICH MEYER KIRKMAN McGRATH NAUMAN)

Upon Application by the Official Committee of Present Asbestos Claimants (“Asbestos Claimants Committee”) to employ Michael L. Meyer and the law firm of Ravich Meyer Kirkman McGrath Nauman, A Professional Association (“Ravich Meyer”) in this Chapter 11 case, it appears that it is necessary for the Asbestos Claimants Committee to employ counsel, it appears that the attorneys selected by the Asbestos Claimants Committee do not hold or represent an interest adverse to the estate and that they are disinterested within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 327(a),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. The Asbestos Claimants Committee may employ Michael L. Meyer and thelaw firm of Ravich Meyer Kirkman McGrath Nauman, A ProfessionalAssociation, 4545 IDS Center, 80 South Eighth Street, Minneapolis,Minnesota 55402;

2. Ravich Meyer is authorized to schedule a hearing for allowance of its professional fees and expenses under 11 U.S.C. §§ 331 and 330 not more than once every ninety (90) days; and

3. Ravich Meyer may submit monthly requests for payment to the Debtor, with copies to the Debtor and to the Office of the United States Trustee, and the Debtor is authorized to pay 80% of such fees and 100% of costs on a monthly basis, subject to later allowance by the Court as set out above.
