SCHEDULING ORDER IN CONNECTION WITH CONFIRMATION AND OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION FILED BY MARY KRALIK

The Court having issued an Opinion dated December 10, 2007, relative to issues raised in connection with the objections to confirmation filed by Mary Kralik; it being necessary in connection therewith that an evidentiary hearing on said objections and incident to confirmation be scheduled; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
(1) An evidentiary hearing will be held on February 20, 2008, commencing at 1:30 p.m.;
(2) All discovery, except for that related to expert testimony, will be completed by January 30, 2008;
(3) With respect to any expert testimony, the parties shall comply with Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2) except that the required disclosures and reports shall be completed and delivered on or before January 30, 2008, and the parties shall have until February 18, 2008, to complete any discovery directly related thereto, and shall cooperate with one another in connection therewith.
(4) The confirmation hearing is also scheduled for February 20, 2008, at 1:30 p.m..
