ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO FILE FACSIMILE COPIES OF DECLARATION OF HOWARD R. GREEN IN SUPPORT OF PETITION TO ADMIT ATTORNEY PRO HAC VICE AND DECLARATION OF COUNSEL PENDING RECEIPT OF THE ORIGINALS

This matter came before the Court on the Motion of Debtor Ada’s Incorporated pursuant to GR 5.1(a) of the Local Rules of Practice for the District Court of Guam, for leave to file herewith facsimile copies of the Declaration of Howard R. Green in Support of Petition to Admit Attorney Pro Hac Vice and Declaration of Counsel, pending receipt of the originals.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that leave be granted to file facsimile copies of said documents, and the Clerk of Court is hereby ordered to file such copies which are attached to the Motion for Leave to file facsimile copies. Debtor Ada’s Incorporated shall cause the originals of said documents to be filed with this Court immediately upon receipt.
