This Cause came on for consideration upon a motion to withdraw as counsel filed by Forizs Dogali, P.L. (“Firm”) who seeks to withdraw as counsel for Adell Broadcasting and STN.Com (collectively the “Clients”). The Firm had been retained by the Clients as local counsel in connection with Adversary Proceeding No. 04-032. The Court considered the record and finds that the motion is well taken and shall be granted and the Firm shall be granted leave to withdraw as counsel. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion to Withdrawal as Counsel filed by Forizs

Dogali, P.L. is granted and the Firm is hereby discharged from all further duties in connection with representation of Adell Broadcasting and STN.Com in Adversary Proceeding 04-032 and the general case and the Firm shall be removed from the service list in the adversary proceeding and general case.
