ORDER ABROGATING ELECTRONIC CASE FILING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE 6(b) AND ALLOWING THE FILING OF MULTI-PART MOTIONS
STEVEN RHODES, Chief Bankruptcy Judge
ECF Administrative Procedure 6(b) specifies that a motion may only request one type of relief. With the new capabilities of version 3.0 of the Electronic Case Filing system, motions requesting more than one type of relief can be accepted for filing.
Accordingly, it is ordered that ECF Administrative Procedure 6(b) is abrogated and the Court will accept the filing of multi-part motions.
It is further ordered that ECF Administrative Procedure 7 is amended to add subpart (j) as follows:
(j) Orders Resolving Multi-Part Motions. A Proposed Order resolving a motion requesting more than one type of relief must specify a disposition for each such request. Any request for relief not addressed in the Proposed Order shall be deemed denied without prejudice.
This order is effective immediately.
