STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING THE TIME FOR THE TRUSTEE TO RESPOND TO THE APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT OF CHAPTER 7 ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE FILED BY SYRATECH ACQUISITION CORPORATION

Monique D. Almy, Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), and Syratech Acquisition Corporation (the “Applicant”), by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to an extension of time in which the Trustee may respond to the Application of Syratech Acquisition Corporation for Allowance of Administrative Expense for Storage and Preservation of Debtor’s Tangible Personal Property (the “Application”) (Docket No. 40), from October 29, 2008 through and including December 3, 2008, or such other time as the Trustee and the Applicant may subsequently agree. The Trustee and the Applicant reserve the right to further stipulate to additional extensions of time in which the Trustee may respond to the Application.
