On October 25, 2001, the Court considered the Motion to Approve Distribution of 1999 Secured Growers Preferred Payment as to Class 4(f) Claims (Nevada) (“Motion”) filed by Anthony Schnelling, as Creditor Trustee (“Creditor Trustee”), by and through his counsel Carol E. Jendrzey of the law firm of Cox Smith Incorporated and Jeanette McPherson of the law firm of Curtis Associates Affiliated with Snell Wilmer L.L.P. At the hearing on the Motion, the Court examined the Motion, conducted a hearing and heard arguments of counsel for the Creditor Trustee. Having found no opposition to the Motion, the Court hereby holds that the Motion should be granted. It is therefore

ORDERED that distributions to Class 4(f) from the 1999 Secured Growers Preferred Payment be made as set out in Exhibit A.
