The Court, having reviewed the Objections of Creditor Trustee toCertain Employee Claims (Set Ten) (the “Objections”) and the Notice ofCreditor Truste Objections to Certain Employee Claims (Set Ten) addressed to each claimant whose claim is the subject of the Objections; having determined that notice of the Objections was proper and appropriate under the circumstances; and having conducted a hearing regarding the Objections on September 12, 2001, at 9:30 a.m.,[1] Malhar S. Pagay of Pachulski, Stang, Ziehl, Young Jones P.C. appeared on behalf of the Creditor Trustee. Other appearances were made as set forth in the record of these proceedings; and having considered the Objections, all pleadings filed in connection therewith, any responses to the Objections, all the arguments of counsel, and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, with respect to each claim identified in the Objections, the Objections are sustained, overruled or continued as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
